What do you think?

H had wanted to get the boys their own netbooks for Christmas.  This would be quite advantageous as boys are increasingly utilizing the computer and the internet for their homework. However, I felt that they were still too irresponsible to have a netbook each. And I just didn't want to be policing their usage every single day. Thus I've vetoed H's purchase. But as the boys are currently sharing my old laptop, squabbles over who should have the right to use the laptop, or who had longer usage, etc. is starting to wear me down. I am starting to have second thoughts...... Perhaps a netbook each will STOP all these silly arguments between the two boys. What do you think?
