"A Dubious Equality"

The title of this article in the Reader's Digest caught my eye. The opening caption was "Decades ago, women were 20 percent lss likely than men to die of heart disease. Today, unfortunately, they've evened the score".
Yes. For as long as ever, women had always strived for equality in this largely men's world. This "Equality" as mentioned in the article was certainly NOT the type of "Equality" we wanted. 
As my family has a history of high cholesterol and heart diseases, I am trying to lead a healthier lifestyle with regular exercise and a more controlled diet. Despite all these positive steps, perhaps it would be prudent to also have some kind of insurance. Think I should get some quotes from the online life insurance companies, and see what are the options available.
