I tell you....I am so very upset with my H!!!
You know what that idiot said about my scrap booking pages??? He said that they are UGLY and looks like cheap comics!!!!! The nerve of him!! He kept saying that I have tooooooooooo many photos on a page. And I write too much! Makes me sooooooooo mad that I want to give up scrap booking liow!!!! And also to smack his head!!
He said that I should have a maximum of two photos per page...like in the magazines. And NOT write. If I follow him, die lah. I would have like 10 albums for just one holiday. Either that, or I don't develop so many photos. but how can??? You go on holiday, of course must showcase where you've visited right? And how can don't write? Must journal our experiences, right?
Agree with me or not??
So upset with him....wanna make him sleep on the couch tonight!!!

*sayang, sayang* i hope u r feeling better. men do think differently, my own hubs also think one picture per page gets the job done faster, whether it's a collage i try to put together for a simple photo page or a calendar layout for some photo-themed gifts i enjoy sweating over for our loved ones for special occasions, but doing it at the expense of sleep! maybe your husband thinks like mine... short n sweet, whatever is the easiest? they don't always get what we women like to fuss over.
i'm not a scrapbooker but i know u r really creative n artistic, so go with what u know best... n i totally get what u mean abt packing in as many pixes as possible plus accompanying text to savour all those precious memories. it must be a lot of hard work!

LOL! Husbands are like that - they DONT understand!! Just go ahead and do it the way you want. Many years from now, he will look back at your scrap books and thank you for a wonderful job. Also dont forget to do a personal one for him with only 1 or 2 photos a page, and then he will come and ask you where is that particular photo you didnt put in! ;)
Men are insensitive when it comes to stuff like this lah. Just ignore him........ and think of ways how you can get him back! *evil laugh*
bp - No lah. His reason is that it looks nicer, more elaborate etc etc.
Sure..it looks nice on those magazines...but I cannot imagine spending so much money on an album per holiday, especially when papers and embellishments are not cheap.
Besides, I think my 2-page (albeit lots of photos) per location/topic is just nice...rather than like 10 pages per location, right?
Oh well...

SAHM - Problem is that he hates having his photos taken. So I don't think he will look for a particular photo lor.
Bryan and Brandon's Mama - I am putting my thinking cap now...as to how else to make him PAY!!!!
hah!! tell me about it!! Just working on two pages of Kimberly's notebook took me one hour!! And she keep asking why her notebook is so slow in coming. Scrapbooking is not like a speed bento lor, 15 min boleh jadi.haha!
