If we really must go....

I want this house!!!

Okay... Not exactly this one but something like it!

UPDATE:
H was using my iPad yesterday and he chanced upon my blog on one of the open pages. He saw this post and commented "Looks like you are very takk-hann to post this kind of thing!"... If only he could see that I have added the photos of the house here, donno what he would comment then!

Decided to post the photos of the "dream house" here... in case it is already out of the market and the link above does not work no more.
I say "dream house" because we have yet to have information on our housing allowance. It might be above the company's budget. When I showed it to H, he was quite pleased with it to... and said he doesn't mind to top up a bit if I am happy.

Anyway, here are the photos...

Front of the House... probably in Spring or Summer

Constance - Why ship?

Mun - I said I want it. Not necessary will get ler. Not even sure what is our housing allowance.

Mom2ashleyaidan - I'm also dreaming la.

LittleLamb - it looks big because it's empty. As my friends say... Air is cleaner so no need to clean so much. Besides, I will have two maids aka S1 and S2! Hahaha

I've been to Norway and Finland is the neighbor and I can tell you that place is so BARE! :P Things are sooo expensive! My Norwegian friend's family home is just like that photo on the link you gave... simple from the outside but very nice and warm in the inside! Too bad I absolutely HATE the food there! hahhaha One word... I DON'T LIKE EUROPE.

One thing though... no flood there! Now I am feeling so bothered with the flood in Melbourne!!! :(

Angeleyes - Europe everything also expensive lah.... I've had a look at the Malaysian Chinese Restaurant Menu, Euro 8 for a curry. Not too bad lah. Don't eat out too often, I guessed.
What to do? Finland is the headoffice. If one wants to be in this company and PROGESS UP UP the corporate ladder, this posting is a MUST.

Actually, Melbourne is NOT cheap either. We had sticker shock when we were there in September 2010. So much nore expensive than the USA. My friend (who is from Sydney actually) but working here was back, and he was saying his family of 4's hot-dogs was like AUD 50. And he lamented about how to move back to OZ?
No matter what, Asia is still cheap when it comes to cost of living and eating out! It will be hard for you when you go to Melbourne from Malaysia. Food is sooooo plentiful and cheap everywhere in Malaysia. The cheapest noodle on the street that I can find here in Jakarta is about USD 2! So if you say RM 4 noodle. It is damn cheap liow...

hey... house is looking veryyyy nice! Good that they show what it looks like during winter as well..(i'm thinking shovelling work for your boys..hee hee heee)

I'm sure they'll have cleaners..just a matter of how much. If not, get a bloody good vaccuum and get your boys to do sections of the house each day.
WAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If you all move to Finland, I really hope you get to live in your dream house or a similar house. Your husband is so generous to be willing to top up if the allowance is not enough.

Mott - Those shovelling work will surely work those muscles. Can be hunky leh!
Besides, I'm sure they are going to just shovel the part where is "needed" hahaha.
Yeah. Think I will get a DYSON!

Mun - A happy wife. A happy husband.
An angry wife. A sad husband.

Bryan and Brandon's Mama - Now hor, first priority is make sure my son EACH gets their own room first.... seem quite hard to find houses with more than 3 bedrooms leh.. Other than this "dream house" lah. But it is quite off from both school and workplace ler.
