the soya bean and woo maker sounds great.. head of the but never really seen one before.. quite compact ya.. very handy for family usage..
sorry.. I meant "heard of them..."
Wow, a very fruitful trip indeed!
Seeing your Woo-maker, the lemon Ritz biscuits, and the Fly shades for the first time... you must look v cool in them, Nomadic Mom =)
oh..i hv same soya bean maker..didn't realise that it can make "woo" also!
love those glasses........trends la u!
Selba - Part 6 also don't have any bits about my sickness... :-)
Shern's Mom - Thank you! These large FLY ones are in the rage now, I am told!
Laundryamah - Casing is in the Ketupat - their signature style
Soup is more a "chicken stock"
Dancing Queen - Actually, a chicken stock that can be used to cook alot of stuff. But we usually just use that to make steam egg.
Oscar's Mommy - The machine boils the soya bean milk with one press. Will have to add the pandan leave at the start, I suppose.
Misha's Mum - Can cook hainanese chicken rice without this stock. Usually use the stock from boiling my chicken.
Sting - It makes about 1.4 L...so enough for one small family.
bp - Yes. I think so too. :-)
Must be cool mama!
Mott - You have to use the casing/basket with the bigger holes for making Woo.
Me actually not that trendy one...
Nice purchases. Now I must go and catch up on all your HK posts. :)
the Ritz cheese more yummy. :)
i got the soya bean milk maker too...
Clockwise - Thanks.. my HK post mainly on my "illness" though.
Huisia - We have Ritz Cheese ones over here. The Ritz Lemon is because it reminds H of those biscuits in BIG jars in the old Kedai Runcits back home. :-)
