The primary function of lighting is of course illumination. But more importantly, lighting is a key part of interior design, and can also be an intrinsic component of landscaping. The right light fixtures can really enhance any living or working spaces.
When we were decorating our 2-1/2 storey home, we were rather selective of our light fixtures for the different areas in our home. We had to visit multiple lighting showrooms in multiple locations to source for just the right home lighting that would create the decor and ambiance that we want.
We traveled northwards for bathroom light fixtures, southwards for kitchen light fixtures and westwards for other light fixtures. It was MEGA exhausting and stressful! It would be a great help to have all sorts of lighting from different manufacturers all under one roof!
